DIN ISO 9001:2008

The application of the quality norm DIN ISO 9001:2008 by inspire is reviewed in regular internal and external audits. An emphasis is placed on sustainable learning, customer satisfaction and the conformity of applying the quality standards in every department. This forms the basis of the services which are provided by inspire.

Ö-Cert

The Ö-CERT is an approved Austrian-wide quality standard for adult education institutes. It aims to provide transparency and conformity in standards throughout the country.

For our customers this means that you are not only learning at a certified educational institute but also that inspire is a recognised training provider for a variety of grants within Austria i.e. the “Bildungskonto“ of the WAFF in Vienna, the “Bildungsscheck“ in Salzburg or the „Bildungsgeld update“ in Tyrol.
