With some customers, like Mayr-Melnhof, I have been working together for many years. You know the requirements of the company very well and can also openly discuss which trainings work well or where some readjustment is needed, e.g. if the group is not yet completely homogeneous. Continuous training also means continuous change and improvement. Open communication about this is very important to me.

Tailor-made training content

The primary goal of the inspire language training programmes is to optimise the linguistic applications in the professional life of the participants. The training content is designed for maximised individual relevance.

inspire offers the right language training programme for every industry, department or conversational situation – whether construction, real estate, banking or insurance, pharmacy or biotechnology, IT or telecommunications. The exact job-specific adaptation is done within the individual modules of the training programmes.

The wishes and requirements concerning the language training recorded during the needs analysis are integrated into the main focus points of the modules and incorporated with the use of various exercises and activities.

Thus “English for Presentations” or “Presenting in German” can include the presentation of concrete technical or business-related matters – according to the wishes and needs of the participants.

It is also possible to send specific company documents to the inspire trainers or our pedagogical management team, these can be worked on during the course of the training.
